I. General Provisions
  1. The client is obliged to read these Regulations before booking an appointment.
  2. Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of these Regulations.
  3. The tattoo artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating
    or psychoactive substances.
  4. Services are provided only to adults with full legal capacity.
  5. The client must sign the “Tattoo Consent Form” and “Health Information Form” before the procedure. Failure to do so entitles
    the artist to refuse service without refunding the deposit.

II. Studio Rules
  1. With the artist’s consent, the client may bring one accompanying person, who must remain outside the tattooing area.
  2. No animals are allowed in the studio.
  3. The artist guarantees the use of only sterile and disposable tools.
  4. Touching the equipment and materials used for tattooing is strictly prohibited.

III. Booking and Payment
  1. The price is determined individually based on size, complexity, placement of the tattoo, or the number of full-day sessions.
  2. The final price, including taxes and the deposit, is given before the procedure.
  3. The deposit is non-refundable.
  4. The tattoo design is created and shown to the client on the day of the session.
  5. Bookings can be made in person or online. The deposit confirms the booking.
  6. The artist may reschedule the appointment by notifying the client at least 7 days in advance.
  7. The client may reschedule once without losing the deposit, provided they notify the artist no later than 7 days before the appointment. The new date must be within 60 days of the original date.
  8. Changing the tattoo concept less than 7 days before the session, requiring a new artist or date, results in loss of the deposit.
  9. A client who books a full-day session but leaves early must pay for the full day.
  10. Payment must be made in cash at the studio on the day of the session.

IV. Consultations and Design
  1. The artist provides consultation regarding the design and procedure.
  2. Corrections are made together with the client on-site; if necessary, the session may be rescheduled.
  3. The artist may offer up to three design options for the client to choose from.
  4. The client is fully responsible for any provided designs, including graphics, colors, meaning, and spelling.

V. Liability of the Parties
  1. The artist is not responsible for changes in the tattoo’s appearance caused by natural skin characteristics or the healing process.
  2. The artist is not responsible for allergic reactions to inks, aftercare products, or materials if the client failed to disclose such allergies beforehand.
  3. The artist is not responsible for deterioration of the result caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  4. If hygiene rules are not followed after the procedure, touch-ups may be subject to an additional fee.
  5. The client must attend the session in good physical and mental condition, without symptoms of illness that may affect healing or safety.

VI. Photo and Video
  1. The artist has the right to photograph or record the tattoo process and result for promotional, advertising, and competition purposes without revealing the client’s identity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. The artist may take photos of the tattoo area before and after the procedure for archival purposes (stored for 5 years).

VII. Final Provisions
  1. The tattoo is the artist’s original work. Copying, sharing, or using the design or tattoo photos without written consent is prohibited.
  2. Acceptance of these Regulations constitutes consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for a period of 5 years from the last visit.
  3. Complaints must be submitted in writing to kiryltattoo@gmail.com. A response will be provided within 30 days.
